Please call to request a credit application. Allow one to two weeks for the processing and approval of credit applications. However, if the applicant’s bank and trade references reply promptly, credit approvals can be made in one day. Our terms are net 21 days.

We guarantee that orders arrive in satisfactory condition. All product claims must be reported within 24 hours of product arrival. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with customer service. North American Import & Export Co. retains the right to fully investigate all claims.
