Order by 10AM EST for same day shipping.

• Step 2 - We transmit your order directly to the product's source or point of importation
• Step 3 - We ship your order from various locations throughout the U.S., usually in less than 48 hours
• Step 4 - We bill you in one consolidated statement

Credit Terms

Please call to request a credit application. Allow one to two weeks for the processing and approval of credit applications. However, if the applicant’s bank and trade references reply promptly, credit approvals can be made in one day. Our terms are net 21 days.

Product Claims

We guarantee that orders arrive in satisfactory condition. All product claims must be reported within 24 hours of product arrival. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with customer service. North American Import & Export Co. retains the right to fully investigate all claims.
